We photographed Amy and Jordan’s engagement, Amy’s bridals, their wedding, and newborn Margot’s Houston newborn lifestyle session… now we get to play Austin family photographer for them. It was a pretty fun time since we got to spend time in a place we love: South Congress. They were hoping for a very Austin-y vibe with a touch of mid-mod and this spot fit the bill. Margot was getting ready to turn two so we absolutely had to get photos of the family.
We had too many favorites because Margot is so full of personality which of course is the best. Things went along ok but once she had a popsicle, life went from good to this is the absolute best thing ever! It was way too cute. Let me share all the cute with you:
Can you stand all the cuteness? Oh my goodness! We love her personality and think that it’s wonderful when families get to remember these moments in real, lovely pictures.
Let me be the first to say, we loved a lot of the outtakes as much as the “official” photos. Why not? They’re real, unscripted, perfectly imperfect–and show so much about how they communicate and love each other.
