In recent years elopements and intimate micro wedding celebrations have become more and more popular. Brides and Grooms seeking to maintain social distancing or get married now often find this alternative appealing. We have more than ten years of experience photographing weddings of all sizes. Over the next couple of weeks, we will be blogging more about our experiences as Austin elopement and small wedding photographers.
Chapel Dulcinea is one of the most iconic venues and is perfect for elopements and micro weddings. The Chapel is stunning with an open, airy feel and a bell tower. Very classic. The view is a beauty, iconic of the Texas Hill Country, and makes for great photographs. Best of all, you are encouraged to ring the bell at the end of the ceremony! This beautiful venue is incredibly affordable and approachable. We’ve enjoyed photographing many weddings at the Chapel over the years and are happy to be a vendor supporter.
It’s no surprise that Hannah and Eric chose Chapel Dulcinea for their wedding. Hannah and Eric placed a premium on photography and their guest’s experience. They kept things simple and elegant, splurging on gorgeous flowers and little but significant details. They hosted a fabulous dinner reception for their closest friends and family without compromising the elements they wanted. They decorated the reception venue with stunning florals, personalized decor, menu, and of course, cake (check out that groom’s cake, X-men fans!) plus a photo booth backdrop for selfies. Scaling down to a guest list that’s filled with their closest family and friends meant time to be able to enjoy and visit with them all.
