There’s something intensely sweet about smaller weddings, those with just immediate family in attendance. The details are simple but they’re kind of profound in their simplicity, in my humble opinion.
Teresa and Steven’s wedding was exactly like that. Just one bouquet, simple boutonnières, a pathway of rose petals, mom’s backyard. And a very red dress.
The wedding may have been simple, the celebration with cake short but it was no less important to their newly-blended family than a big wedding. There was so much intense emotion and so many sweet smiles. I’m so happy I get to share this wedding with you all.
Thank you, Teresa and Steven for giving me the chance to be there with you. I know how precious that ceremony and celebration was—and still is—to you guys. And thank you, Teresa, for wearing rrrrrrred.
