Being real: this post took way too long to get to you. Something in the internet ether mixed with the backend of this site and did a number on it. Posting more than, say, six photos was like getting a wisdom tooth pulled and having it go wrong. Twice. And I’ve been there, done that…twice…so I know how that feels.
The reason you’re here: Lemons. The people, not the fruit. They are not the same thing.
Jesse and I had a blast shooting their wedding. They are both such warm, super-into-their-families people. Both their parents have been married for 35+ years! Love it! They were married at the church where Alicia’s family has gone for years and were married by a dear friend. And Alicia had perfect hair. I had to throw that out there.
No surprise here: the ceremony and the reception were full of laughs and special moments. And since there were lots of kids, there were loads of antics on the dance floor. Well, the adults had antics of their own. More fun for us!
In case the above isn’t’ entirely enough for you, here’s a little slide show with more love.
Wedding days like theirs make us feel like we’re not really working. Seriously. To see two people so happy to be married is really contagious!
